Your Privacy Choices

RiseReps is designed to keep most data on your device. Pseudonymous leaderboard statistics and optional partner data use Apple CloudKit. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not run ads or track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do use third-party product analytics — TelemetryDeck and PostHog, including anonymous wireframe replays of the app's own screens — as described in our Privacy Policy. Even so, you have controls and rights you can exercise at any time.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: RiseReps does not sell or "share" personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or similar U.S. state laws. There is nothing for us to opt you out of, because no such activity occurs.

Controls Available In-App and In iOS

Camera — Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera > RiseReps.
Notifications — Settings > Notifications > RiseReps.
Screen Time / Family Controls — Settings > Screen Time.
Subscriptions — Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
Delete account and data — use RiseReps Settings > Delete account to erase local data, partner records, and public leaderboard records. Deleting the app alone may leave CloudKit records in place.
Unlink Accountability Partner — open Partner Center in the app and unlink.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Know what personal information we process about you.
Request access to or a copy of that information.
Request correction or deletion.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not engage in either).
Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect any beyond what is processed locally on your device).
Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

How to Submit a Request

Email privacy@risereps.app from the email address you'd like us to reply to, and tell us which right you'd like to exercise. Because we don't maintain user accounts, we may ask you to confirm details (such as the approximate purchase date or device) to verify your request. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization.

Response Time

We aim to acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days, consistent with applicable law.
