Your Privacy Choices

RiseReps is designed to keep your data on your device. We do not sell or share personal information, we do not run ads, and we do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. Even so, you have controls and rights you can exercise at any time.
Controls Available In-App and In iOS
- Camera — Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera > RiseReps.
- Notifications — Settings > Notifications > RiseReps.
- Screen Time / Family Controls — Settings > Screen Time.
- Subscriptions — Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
- Reset / Delete data — uninstall RiseReps, or use the in-app reset option in Settings.
- Unlink Accountability Partner — open Partner Center in the app and unlink.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we process about you.
- Request access to or a copy of that information.
- Request correction or deletion.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not engage in either).
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect any beyond what is processed locally on your device).
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
How to Submit a Request
Email privacy@risereps.app from the email address you'd like us to reply to, and tell us which right you'd like to exercise. Because we don't maintain user accounts, we may ask you to confirm details (such as the approximate purchase date or device) to verify your request. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization.
Response Time
We aim to acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days, consistent with applicable law.
