1. Open Settings > Notifications > RiseReps and confirm Allow Notifications, sounds, and Time Sensitive Notifications are on.
2. Make sure your phone is not in Do Not Disturb or a Focus mode that silences RiseReps.
3. Check that your ringer/silent switch isn't muting the device. RiseReps respects iOS's media volume.
4. Confirm the alarm was scheduled for the right day and time — open the alarm in the app to verify.
5. On supported iOS versions, also confirm RiseReps has system-alarm access when the app prompts for it.

• Lighting. Vision body-pose works best in even, front-facing light. Avoid backlit windows behind you.
• Distance. Stand 5–6 feet from the camera so your full body is in frame.
• Form. Each exercise has a recognized motion arc. Slow down — full range of motion counts more reliably than fast partial reps.
• Permission. Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera and make sure RiseReps is enabled.
• If you genuinely can't use the camera (e.g., low-light hotel room), the app supports a long-press dismissal from the camera-permission-denied state.

1. Force-quit RiseReps and reopen it. Your alarms, streak, and stats are stored locally and will not be lost.
2. Restart your iPhone.
3. Check the App Store for a pending RiseReps update.
4. If it keeps happening, email support@risereps.app with your iOS version, iPhone model, and what you were doing right before the crash.

1. Open RiseReps > Settings > Restore Purchases.
2. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the purchase.
3. Check Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions to confirm RiseReps Pro is listed and active.
4. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with the date of purchase and the Apple ID email — we'll work with Apple to resolve it.

2. Tap RiseReps Pro.
3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Apple — not RiseReps — handles billing, renewals, and refund requests. For refunds visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

• Both you and your partner need an active iCloud account on your iPhones.
• Open Partner Center in the app and tap Invite Partner. Share the link via Messages, AirDrop, or any app.
• Your partner taps the link, opens RiseReps, and accepts.
• Once linked, you'll see each other's daily completion status, streak, and can send a "nudge" if your partner sleeps in.
• Partner pairing is included in RiseReps. The pairing data is exchanged through your private iCloud — RiseReps does not run a partner-data server.
• To unlink, open Partner Center and tap Unlink.

• Exercise: tap an alarm and choose between Push-ups, Squats, or Jumping Jacks.
• Alarm sound: RiseReps > Settings > Alarm Sound.
• Rep target: rep targets adapt to your level via the progression system. You can override per-alarm in the alarm editor.

To delete local data and iCloud-associated RiseReps records:

• Open RiseReps > Settings > Delete account.
• Confirm while signed in to iCloud. RiseReps removes alarms, stats, workout history, partner records, and public leaderboard records.
• This does not cancel your subscription; manage that separately in Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Deleting the app removes local data, but use the in-app control first if you also want CloudKit records erased.

RiseReps supports iPhone and iPad. Apple Watch support is not yet available. Let us know if you'd like it — feature requests genuinely shape the roadmap.
